Part-Time Social Media Manager

About the Role

BrandBros is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager to support our clients through strategic content creation and execution.

This role blends strategy, creativity, and hands-on production, requiring someone who is comfortable both behind the camera and behind the screen.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and confident working directly with clients in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit client locations or specified sites for branded photo and video shoots.
  • Plan, create, and fulfill shot lists aligned with each client’s brand and goals.
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content for social media use.
  • Edit photography and videography content to be on-brand and platform-appropriate.
  • Create and execute social media content calendars for assigned clients.
  • Write captions and supporting copy that align with brand voice and strategy.
  • Schedule and publish posts across social platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
  • Coordinate with the BrandBros team to ensure content aligns with broader marketing efforts.
  • Maintain organized content libraries for each client.
  • Represent BrandBros professionally during all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
  • Strong photography and basic videography skills.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as Adobe, Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut, or similar.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients on-site and in public settings.
  • Reliable transportation for local client visits.
